Birthday Party At The Child Life Zone at Phoenix Children’s Hospital
We get to do so many cool things working for Harris Dental and today was one of them! We are blessed to have amazing doctors that allow us and encourage us to walk the talk. Our team was able to spend the day hosting a birthday party in The Zone at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. We showed up ready to serve and impact these children’s day. Instead, they moved us, they made our hearts feel something words cannot express. These kids served us today! They are fighters and survivors… full of spirit. It’s amazing what one of their simple smiles can make you feel. On behalf of our team, thank you to our doctors, The Zone and those special families we shared a moment with today.
Smiles For Life – Dominican Republic 2014
In March of 2014, eight Harris Dental team members left Phoenix for the Dominican Republic, to serve on a nine day dental mission. They joined other dental teams in the Dominican Republic to form a team of more than 50 volunteers. Their intention for this expedition, was to serve others less fortunate and in need of dental care. Instead, our team received so much more than they ever dreamed of giving. They traveled to different communities every day and witnessed more poverty than most of us will ever see in our lifetime. They encountered, cared for and created lasting friendships with the most compassionate and generous people. This journey was an unforgettable experience that they will be forever grateful for. It is our pleasure to share some of their moments through this slide show.
